WELCOME TO ORIENTAL WORLD MARTIAL ARTS SUPPLY(OMAS). OMAS PROVIDES SERVICES TO YOU SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL SALES OF OUR PRODUCTS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDE LIMITED WARRANTIES, DISCLAIMERS OF LIABILITY AND ARBITRATION PROVISIONS. KEEPING AND USING OUR PRODUCTS INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU HAVE 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE TO RETURN THE UNUSED PRODUCT.



High Risk Activity

Products sold through this website, OMAS’s catalog sales or otherwise, include equipment and gear for the various martial arts, tae kwon do, karate, wushu, judo, etc. Participation in any of these activities should be considered a high-risk sports activity. Your participation in any of these activities is at your own risk. You agree to consult   your personal physician before taking part in any of these high-risk activities. Please read and follow specific warnings and instructions on products and in product literature or inserts. Save these documents for reference.



Martial Arts Weapons: WARNING

Martial arts weapons sold under the weapons category of OMAS’s website or catalog are intended for demonstration or display as a collection item only. Use and misuse of martial arts weapons involves serious risks such as, injuries, disability and even death. Weapons are sold only for training under expert supervision, demonstration of forms, collection or display. You are advised to inspect weapons before each use to ensure they are good proper condition. If any defect is detected, do not use the product. Do not use weapons for sparring or contact. Sales of certain products are governed by state, federal and international law. It is the buyers’ responsibility to check all applicable law concerning use, ownership, legal age  and possession of any product offered by OMAS By purchasing any item, the buyer warrants compliance with all state, federal and international law and that the buyer is legally able to purchase and sell items being purchased from OMAS’ website or catalog. OMAS  disclaims any and all liability related to improper, illegal, unintended use  or modification of weapons sold through the OMAS  website  or catalog. The purchaser, user or participant assumes all risks of injury from any use. No weapons are sold to anyone under 18 years of age without parental consent. Some weapons may be prohibited in your area. Please check status before ordering.
OMAS reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Use and misuse of products sold through our website, OMAS’s catalog or otherwise, may involve serious risks including injury, disability and death. Purchasers, users and participants assume all risk of injury. OMAS cannot and will not be responsible for any misuse or unauthorized and improper use of products sold through our website, OMAS’s catalog or otherwise.



Assumption of Risk

By buying our OMAS’s products, you understand and agree that martial arts such as tae kwon do, wushu, judo, etc. and demonstrations are high risk activities and, to the extent permitted by law, YOU EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF DEATH OR OTHER PERSONAL INJURY SUSTAINED WHILE PARTICIPATING IN SUCH ACTIVITIES WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT of OMAS including but not limited to equipment malfunction from whatever cause, or any other of OMAS . Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold OMAS harmless from any third party claims arising from such High Risk Activities or Martial Arts Weapons or any other OMAS  product.



Limited Replacement Warranty

OMAS  warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 7 days from the date of purchase, provided they have not been misuse, neglected or subjected to obvious abuse. OMAS’s sole liability is limited to repairing or replacing products that are returned prepaid to OMAS within this 7-day period, unless specific product literature specifies otherwise. Due to vendor requirements, books and videos cannot be refunded once the seal is broken. OMAS s warranty as to books and videos is limited to exchange for the same title if the book or tape proves defective. Please refer our Return and Exchange Policy for more information. Products sold are non-refundable.



WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

THE ABOVE STATED WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITIES OF OMAS.  OMAS NEITHER ASSUMES, NOR AUTHORISES ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT, ANYOTHER LIABILIY IN CONNECTION WITH SALE OF PRODUCTS FROM ITS WEBSITE, CATALOG OR OTHERWISE. THE ABOVE LIMITED WARRANTIES SHALL NOT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCT WHICH HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO MISUSE, ALTERATION, ABUSE, ACCIDENT OR NEGLIGENCE. THE TERM “ORIGINAL PURCHASER” AS USED IN THIS WARRANTY MEANS THE  PERSON  TO WHOM THE PRODUCT IS ORIGINALLY SOLD AS SHOWN ON THE SALES INVOICE.  THESE WARRANTIES SHALL APPLY ONLY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF OMAS.




Limitation of Liability

As set forth above under the limited warranty provisions, OMAS’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of its products which are returned to it prepaid in the specified period of time. In no event shall OMAS’s liability exceed the value of the products sold. OMAS shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of any product sold through our website or through our catalog or other wise. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability of special or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to your purchase, but it is intended to be the maximum limitation as permitted by law.


General Disclaimer

Product descriptions, pricing, typographic and photographic errors are unintentional and subject to correction. We regret, but are not liable for such errors. OMAS reserves the right to reject any orders placed for a product listed at an incorrect price. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order) If you come across any error in this website or catalog, please inform us. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not completely satisfied with your Omas purchase you may return it with your invoice to our Omas store or by mail. Risk Of Loss

All items purchased from OMAS are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.



Pricing

Except where noted otherwise, the price stipulated for the products in OMAS web-site represents the full retail price listed on the product in our web-site, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent “open-stock” prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer’s estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set.

With respect to items sold by OMAS, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. However, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we do come across any mispricing, we will do one of the following:

. If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Please take note that this policy applies only to products sold by OMAS will not apply to your purchases from third-party re-seller using OMAS brand. Payments are charged at the time you place your order, and third-party sellers may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.




Site Policies, Modification, And Severability

Please review our other policies, such as our pricing policy, posted in this site. These policies also govern your visit to OMAS. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of use at any time. If any of these conditions should be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.



Cancellation of Order

We will inform and advise our customers accordingly should the order be unable to be fulfilled due to unavailability of stock.

We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.


Confirmation Of Orders

The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order. Prior to the acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required.

Local  shipping

Online orders made after 3.30pm will be processed on the next working day.

Please allow 3 working days (Monday to Friday, Not including public holidays) for deliveries of your goods, following payment processing authorization and verification.

If you wish to make any changes to the order placed on line, please contact Customer Care at Tel:012-4239143 or 013-4389143 or E-mail:orientalworld@omas.com.my .Please  take note that every order is process immediately and may not be possible to make changes.

We use SKYNET COURIER, Pos Laju and local Parcel as our local Shipping Centre for delivery of our goods within Malaysia.

Returns of merchandise are accepted for exchange or refunds within7 days of purchase. You may return new merchandise suitable for resale and does not include merchandise that has been used, altered, washed or damaged. Please attached along the original receipt with your merchandise.

Merchandise that is not suitable for return are:
	Merchandise without an original receipt
	Merchandise that has been damaged
	Merchandise that has been altered 
	Merchandise that has been used
	Merchandise that has been washed
	Merchandise that is discontinued
	Customized merchandise 
Protective gear that is packed too tightly or with straps wrapped around it,  that altered the shape and surface of the merchandise

Refund of merchandise does not include the price of shipping and handling (S&H) charges charged on your order.

International Shipping & Return Policies

International customers will be responsible for all  tax charges, which may vary from country to country

You may also be subject to a surcharge by the courier for handling of your order through customs and or for addresses outside of their standard delivery area. We have no control over these charges and they are not included in our Product or Shipping & Handling (S&H) charges.

Orders made after 12.30pm will be processed on the next working day.

Orders that have already been shipped from our warehouse cannot be canceled.

Delivery time of goods varies for every country,  please contact us for delivery time of your goods.

We cannot accommodate requests for credit on orders that have been refused by the recipient or are undeliverable because of an incorrect international address.
